This site is not about pushing out content, it is about providing helpful and insightful “nuggets” or “seeds” (“I Power Seeds”) regarding ways to improve you management and leadership skills.  The goal is to provide you with informational seeds so you can quickly pick and choose what topics you like and once they have piqued your interest, you are off and running to dig deeper in your own quest to expand your knowledge and experience.

Typically information is defined in terms of data, knowledge in terms of information, and wisdom in terms of knowledge.

It is the wisdom we ultimately want to achieve – the why.  Why things are the way they are (root cause), why people react and act a certain way (behaviors), why things work a certain way, etc.
